Level 5
Operations Manager Apprenticeship

Operations Managers are crucial to the success of organisations across the private, public, and voluntary sectors, ensuring seamless operations and maximising efficiency. Their core responsibilities include managing teams and projects in alignment with their organisation’s operational or departmental strategy.

Eligibility Criteria For Apprentices
  • Meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
  • Must be in an Operational/Managerial role or aspiring to be
  • Apprentices must have the right to work in England
  • At least have been a resident in England for a minimum of 3 years
  • Spend at least 50% of your working hours in England
  • Be employed in a role full-time/part-time and suitable for an Apprenticeship
Programme objective

ESCP’s Operations Manager Apprenticeship is centred around five core modules that equip operational managers to be effective future organisational leaders.

  • Finance and Decision Making
  • Action Projects

Programme Structure
The programme is a blended learning experience across five terms, utilising synchronous and asynchronous learning and face-to-face interactions.
Apprentices will also be able to participate in a work-based project and an End Point Assessment.

Fully Funded via the Apprenticeship Levy (Funding band £9,000 per Apprentice)
